Experience

Levanta Technologies — Mechanical Engineering Intern

Summer 2026 · Diamondhead, MS

Designed a passive retractable keel-fin mechanism for an autonomous maritime vehicle — ANSYS Fluent CFD to size the spring system, Fusion 360 mechanism CAD, working printed prototypes — and worked hands-on production composites from plugs and molds through the vehicle’s full-length carbon bottom skin.

Elytra Robotics — Mechanical Engineering Intern

Summer 2025

Designed and 3D printed PLA retention brackets that hold the trash containers on an autonomous trash-collection robot, and modelled a custom sheet-metal container in Onshape — self-taught in the sheet-metal workflow. Managed the BOM across design iterations.

NUSTARS — Northwestern Rocketry

2025 – present

Payload structures for a ~7,500 ft competition rocket: a 3D-printed battery retention sled for the ATLAS payload bay, secured with nylon-insert lock nuts against sustained boost vibration.

Formula SAE — Northwestern

2025 – present

Member of the pedalbox subteam, contributing to brake and gas pedal design iterations.
